Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Rights
You may return items within 14 days from delivery for a refund, provided they are in original condition.

2. How to Return
Email contact@gardenlyo.com with your order number to start a return. Returned items must be securely packaged.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via PayPal or Stripe.

  • After issuing a refund, the customer may see the credit in their account in approximately 5–10 business days, depending on bank or card issuer processing times.

4. PayPal & Stripe Specifics

  • PayPal: Refunds can be issued up to 180 days after a transaction.

  • Stripe: Refunds typically appear in the customer’s account within 5–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact contact@gardenlyo.com immediately for a replacement or refund.
