2. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal, which implement industry‑standard encryption and fraud protection.
3. Refunds via Payment Provider
Refunds for returned orders are issued to the original payment method. After we initiate the refund via PayPal or Stripe:

PayPal refunds may be processed within ~5–10 business days, depending on PayPal policies.

Stripe refunds typically appear on the customer’s statement within ~5–10 business days, depending on the bank.
4. Disputes & Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a dispute or chargeback through their payment provider, we may provide evidence of fulfilment. Dispute resolution is managed by the payment provider.
